Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) Fellowships are available.

Paraphrased from the FLAS FAQ: The FLAS awards are offered for the academic year and for approved programs of intensive summer language study either in the U.S. or the Middle East. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents and must plan to enroll full-time in a degree program that will include study of Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, or Turkish.
