Iris Chyi and H.C. Chang presented their paper "Voting with Their Feet: The Relationship between Political Efficacy and Protest Propensity Among Hong Kong Residents" by at the Annual Conference of International Communication Association, Dresden, Germany, June 19-23.

Linda Lumsden published an essay, "How Peggy Taught Me to Write a Book," in Journalism Studies 7 (3/June 2006): 478-81.

The Tucson Citizen published an eight-page insert in its June 20 edition on UA students' trip to Mexico to write about and study the Rio Colorado. Alan Weisman led the trip as part of the International Journalism Program. Read "The Colorado River Story."
