Rhonda Bodfield team teaches Reporting Public Affairs with Stephanie Innes.

Bodfield graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor's degree in journalism in 1991. After spending a semester as a Don Bolles Fellow covering the state Legislature for the department, she went on to work at the Tucson Citizen, where she covered county government and the state legislature.

Bodfield started at the Arizona Daily Star in 1997, covering special projects and the state legislature. She left the Star in October after a two-year stint writing features for the Accent section. She's now the paper's education reporter.

Bodfield served as a board member for the Best of the West newspaper competition from 1997 to 2005. She also has taught beginning journalism at Pima Community College.
