Remember these important facts about the internship office:

The Internship Coordinator position is part time, so I am only in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. I take appointments between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. and it is really important to check my calendar before just showing up because sometimes I take lunch (ha!) and sometimes I’m in meetings with other students or faculty or doing a presentation in a class. Be smart, be wise, and use the Wise Advising Calendar to stalk me and know when I am in and then make an appointment or stop by.

I want to read your cover letters and resumes and help you with them. The best way for this to happen is in an appointment and for you to bring your cover letter and resume printed out on hard copy.  When you see me work my magic, you’ll understand why I need the hard copy. The other option is to email said documents to me at least two days prior to your appointment, in a word document form.
