Jenn Bates

Jenn Bates is responsible for the day-to-day operating of the School of Journalism. She performs various tasks including event and room scheduling, disbursing scholarships and financial aid, and coordinates the annual end of year award ceremony, Just Desserts.

Jenn earned her B.A. in history from the University of Arizona and her M.A. in history from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Prior to joining UA, Jenn worked in hospitality, sales, administration, and customer service for a local health resort.
