Join us for a free workshop with Dr. Leslie Bosch on Monday, February 15, from 1-2 p.m.
Title: Optimize Your Response to Stress
Description: The graduate years are exciting and full of discovery, but they can also be stressful. During this interactive session, you will learn a stress management technique based on the flow model of optimal experience. You will also learn three research-based strategies you can use to release stress-related tension.
Presenter: Leslie Bosch, PhD, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Leslie received her training as an integrative wellness coach from the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. Leslie also received a PhD in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona.
