Graduate Instructions for Day of Event
- Check-in will begin at 1:00 pm on the east side of Centennial Hall. You must check-in by 1:45 pm in order to be seated before the ceremony begins.
- You must wear a cap and gown to participate in the ceremony. Caps, gowns, and hoods are available from the UA BookStores.
- On average, the SBS graduate ceremony runs 1 to 1 ½ hours long.
Guest Seating
Each guest must have a printed ticket to participate in the event. Doors open at 1:00 pm. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Closest recommended parking is at Tyndall Garage, 880 E 4th St.
Masks are recommended but not required at this venue. All guests will be required to follow campus health and safety protocols in place at the time of this event as well as adhere to any existing state and local guidelines.
